General Information

Ascending Alignment LLC is located in Missouri, United States of America. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States. Services are only available to individuals 18 years of age or older.

Services Provided

Ascending Alignment LLC offers Reiki healing, guided meditation, and coaching services. These services are provided both in person and virtually.

Payment and Refund Policy

Payment is required upfront to secure all sessions or packages.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to show up for your session, your payment will be forfeited.

For services with a payment plan, payments not received within 7 days of the due date will incur a late fee of 25%.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must be willing participants in their sessions.

Services will not be conducted on any person who is unconscious or unable to consent.

By agreeing to these terms, you understand and acknowledge that:

Termination of Services

I reserve the right to terminate services under the following conditions:

Harassment, bigotry, or hate speech directed toward me or others.

Concerns about the client’s mental or physical wellbeing that make the session unsafe or unproductive.

Failure to actively participate in the session.

No refunds will be provided in the event of termination under these circumstances.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact Ascending Alignment LLC to attempt resolution informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, the matter will be settled through mediation in the state of Missouri. Each party is responsible for their own costs. Legal proceedings will only be pursued if mediation fails and will be governed by the laws of Missouri.

Limitation of Liability

Ascending Alignment LLC is not responsible for any outcomes, side effects, or issues resulting from participation in services.

By engaging in services, you accept full responsibility for your decisions and actions.
